We Against the Grain
We Against the Grain specializes in making tasty grain-free foods that are naturally free of gluten, starchy fillers (rice flour, potato flour, corn flour, tapioca starch), over-processed sweeteners (agave nectar, cane sugar, syrups), and binders like xanthan gum (what's that?).
We believe that being "gluten-free" just isn’t enough anymore. Many of your average gluten-free cookies and breads are great for celiacs, but it’s doing no favours for your blood sugar and those notches in your belt. Our grain-free products are not only gluten-free, they’re bad-free.
Our products arose from a personal health need, but grew into a mission. Over the past year, we've had the tremendous opportunity of sharing our products with the farmers' market community in the Lower Mainland and we’ve met hundreds of people looking for products that are grain-free and made from minimally processed ingredients. It’s not easy living grain-free: but after a taste of what we have to offer, you might just want to saddle-up and join us on our journey!
