ALL POTENTIAL VENDORS, PLEASE READ:

Our friendly, neighborhood health inspector stopped by on one of the market days and commented on the following:

Please ensure that you have a copy of their letter of approval with you at all times during the market days. If you don’t have one yet, it takes only 5-7 biz days (not the 30 days as stated on the form).  Please fax them ASAP.

Since it is the beginning of flu season, please ensure that you have toothpicks on your samples, so that customers do not touch samples with their hands.

Package or keep your goodies covered at all times.

Have a sneeze guard or plastic guard between the customers and the food….can be a simple piece of cello too!

The inspector said he will visit again, so please ensure that you are in compliance of the regulations in keeping your food and our community safe.

 

 
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL

Sign up and pay before Monday, March 1, 2010 and get your table for only $50/day (regular price is $60)

As a vendor you will receive 1 rectangle 6' table to use as well as a free web link to your website.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • payment MUST BE received at least 2 weeks prior to the start of your market day, otherwise your table is not guaranteed
  • we accept payment in cash or cheque only and is non refundable once your registration has been accepted.
  • cancellations are not permitted
  • it is your responsibility to adhere to the Temporary Food Market Guidelines and to fill out the following Application - Sale of Food and fax to Vancouver Coastal Health prior to coming to the market to sell.
  • you may contact the Vancouver Health Officer directly with any questions you may have
