I'm the founder of the Baker's Market. My baking skills are originally from my Mother and from Mrs. Haji, my home economics teacher in high school. I lived in Paris for six months during 2013 and have graduated with the Diplome de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France.
The reason for starting the Baker's Market is to support local and talented bakers who do not have a venue to share their beloved baked goods. Also to help budding entrepreneurs "on the verge" of starting their own business who want to test the market before jumping in "head first". I'm always amazed and inspired by all the creativity that each vendor brings to the Baker's Market...I'm constantly learning from every person that I meet!
